Hi, I’m Emma Munday - mum of two, endurance-sports enthusiast, and unapologetic property nerd.
I started out in residential estate agency in 2001, working across the Home Counties and later in London. For the past 15 years, I’ve led the conveyancing panel at one of the city’s largest independent estate agents.
Working closely with solicitors, surveyors, and agents taught me one thing: clear plans and good conversations make all the difference.
